Rossi Pool Renovation Project

Completed and Open to the Public January 2022!

Project Scope

The project included the renovation of the pool, pool building, and maintenance storage facility, it also improved park accessibility, and related amenities.

Budget

$15.2 Million was allocated from the 2012 Clean and Safe Neighborhood Parks Bond.

The construction contract award for this project was approved by Recreation and Parks Commission; Recreation and Parks Commission approved a contract amendment on January 12, 2022 ( PDF ). This construction contract award obtained and complies with all city, state, and federal regulatory approvals, including any that are specific to this project’s funding sources.
