Potrero Hill Recreation Center Improvement Project

Completed and Open to the Public in September 2019!

Project Scope

This 455,000 square feet park includes playfields, tennis courts, dog play areas, playground, and a recreation center. The project included improvements to the natural turf playfields and the dog play area.

Funding Source

The project was funded by the 2012 Clean and Safe Neighborhood Parks Bond at $4 million. Lighting for the on-site Walking School Bus Route at $180,000 was funded by Eastern Neighborhoods Impact Fees.
