The project was a combination of the two 2008 Clean and Safe Neighborhood Parks Bond funded projects: Restroom Improvements and Community Opportunity Fund Project.

Scope of Work

The Friends of Noe Courts applied for a Community Opportunity Fund grant for Phase I, which did not include the reconfiguration of the courts but did include irrigation upgrades, grading, and increased accessibility.
