Precita Park Improvements Project
Completed and Opened to the Public on March 6, 2026!
Scope of Work
This project added a prefabricated, single-stall, all-gender accessible restroom, as well as related site improvements, including a drinking fountain, trash receptacle and landscape beautification, immediately adjacent to the new structure.
Background
Rec and Park is working to install free standing restrooms in high-use parks that would benefit from this much needed feature and community asset. In 2024, Rec and Park installed a similar prefabricated restroom facility at the Noe Valley Town Square.
Funding
Funding for this project will come from the California State Park Specified Grant.
