Bernal Heights Playground Renewal

This playground renewal is focused on the replacement of all play equipment and replacement of sand and PIP tiles with fall-attenuating playground surfacing. This project will include minor grading and asphalt paving replacement around the playground for ADA compliance and to replace aging playground equipment.

Background

The Bernal Heights Playground project is a Rec Park Playground Renewal project which aims to streamline delivery of complete replacements of play equipment and play surfacing. This project will include community feedback to address current community priorities and ADA compliance.
